Your splah page looks like a bunch of assorted stuff. If you are going to have a splash page, at least make the look seem uniform. Why on page one is your paragraph text an image? There's really no need for that. Othe pages are missing your menu, and have different designs. Pick a design/layout stick with it. "Page1" as a title is doing you pretty much no good. Webrings, guestbooks and using tripod as a webhost reeks of unprofessionalism. Since you are a professional artist trying to promote your stuff, those are counter productive.
