Hello,
I am creating a personal porftfolio tof my work but the site is very dull . Can you please give me som imput on how i can my it pleasssing and attractive to other audience that is going to be veiwing my site.

I'd go further with those dirty-circus-tent-stripes in your header. If you took the colour out they'd fill the grey background, a dark version would suit your navigation and a red version on your subhead.

Also try other fonts: tahoma, verdana, etc..
+i dont like the double border around the image too much ;)

I think your design has potential, I wouldnt use both the red and blue it seems to clash in my view.
More fonts is definately a good idea. I suggest getting a font pack and making a nice big fancy header image with something like fireworks, will help to relieve some of the dullness you mentioned earlier.
Your footer is a little squashed up, I would give it some room. I would also merge it with the grey on the sides and stop the black lines from going past it, its a footer and i think should be at the foot of the page.
I think the menu you have there is very good especially with the title coming off it, well done.

And get rid of the W3C logos. If you wish to promote being valid, do so at the bottom of the page and by using text.

The "WELCOME" is cut off on my screen - about 10 px off the bottom.
Check it out in IE.
Oh, yeah - Change the title of your page. "Untitled Document," thought popular, isn't professional. Plus, add some metadata so people can find you.
