Personaly I would add a little more color, the site as a whole looks a little bland.
Also, the "terms of use" and "privacy policy" links are traditionaly on the bottom of the page, and that is where people will look for them if they want to find them... you should consider relocating them there.
You should also consider making some sort of a logo for the top of the page, again it seems a little bland.

i am planning to add in some graphics for the website.. but the thing is im not good with photoshop.. and i dunno whether i can use images i found on the internet for my website..
but im working on it.. :)

Using a sans-serif font like Verdana might make reading your tiny text easier.
It looks a little like one of those standard templates that comes with web editing software. Could you customize it a little, just to give it a little personality?

Is the background supposed to be white? If so you need to add a background:#fff to your body selector.

pretty nice, but for that font problem, and maybe you should try moving the ads to the bottom

Hi there,
I was looking at your site, and found a major problem when i view the site in 800x600, or do not have my browser maximised, (this is a lot of the time)! Your main bit of text seems missing, but it isnt, its just pushed to the bottom of the site. I couldnt see the content and nearly left!!! I think you might need to look into this!
