How can I open a power poit show from a web site.??

Open Power Point. Open your presentation. Click File->View As Web page. Take off the last extension in the address at the top, and you'll have a folder with all of the files in it. Save that to a different directory--it's a temporary folder (c:\windows\temp -- a "cut" folder).

if you upload it to your site and link to it (ie the file) and the browser computer has powerpoint installed (or technically ms web components i think, but i may be wrong) then it will show the presentation in the browser window for you.
