Just wanted to see if you guys had any thoughts on my site (and from reading the other posts...you do). My pages all validate, but geocities adds server code that gives warnings...
Oh and dont hate me because it is temporarily residing on geocities...

the portfolio nails/sites, except laughs on the landing, are not actual pieces they are templates holding position for actual pieces when i get my actual site thanks in advance...

I think it would look better if the content was centered. Looks good so far . (BTW: for it to be valid all your tags needs to be lowercase ;) )

I forgot to mention that the main content is on the left and a secondary div will be on the right...on the homepage i am working on a flash animation to go there and on the portfolio page as you mouse over the images a larger thumb and a brief project description will appear...thanks for the lowercase note, i didn't know that...
Try using a serif font-family for your content text. Small serif fonts, especially on a dark background, are very difficult to read.
Did you know that your content frame is repeated on the right side, within a 10px span, including a horizontal scroll bar? (screenshot attached) Might take a look using my screen settings/browser.
Also, your coding indicates there's supposed to be a slideshow.... Not seeing it here.
Could you use more of the screen? There's an awful lot of blank (black) space. (also able to be seen via the screenshot).

are you talking about the javascripts showIt(); hideIt()? those are to show and hide the layers on mouse over event not to be seen as a slideshow...
I have no idea what I was referring to (slide show). I don't see that coding now. May have been a blonde moment.

just a little thing for ya, i have a websever and i can do a bit of hosting for free, just need to buy the domain. PM me if interested. Otherwise the site is good. I rly think it need to be centred and i think the "You are here bit :: is find until you say home, i think the font is wrong. Otherwise not bad :)
