Does any know of any programming software where I can create applications?? I'm trying to learn BASIC and C++ with my HTML and CSS knowledge in hand. I want to become I good web developer with programming knowlegde. Does anyone know how to make this possible?

I would say you would want to choose from php 5.0, asp.net or a java based web application framework if you want to be a web developer.

psst... java is best.

As for becomming a good programmer. Just like everything else ... lots of effort, minimum stress and keep at it until you feel you are "good" :P
