- Not compatible with a screen setting of 800x600. Might want to check on that.

- Your design is too reliant upon columns. Is there any other way of setting the page up so the content is clearly the focus? The columns of ads seem to detract from the main portions of your page.

- You need to add a doctype declaration before the <head> tag.
- You also need to move the CSS and javascript to separate files, and link to them.
- Archaic coding -- could you upgrade to pure CSS styles usage, instead of bgcolor, font, and other non-standard tags?

There is an lot of scrolling on your sites. You might want to make the home pages so that they don't need to scroll so much. Some users get annoyed by that.

i looked at the ECMS website what is with the title of the page it doesn't make sense the title should be a title... what is with the numbers?

Get rid of the blinking text and animations. It makes the content hard to focus on.

http://www.ecmswebservices.com is ok too, however, do you think the call us number is easy to read using that font type?
The left skyscraper is also professionally looking. But the style of other contents do not match with it.
