Followup critique please

hello again. i posted a few months ago for www.johnnygolden.com. i got alot of comments on the fact that i was using flash for my navigation and for my portfolio which is a very bad thing to do. today i added a script that redirects users to a non flash version. just wanted to get as many people trying it as i can. i have flash on my computer so i tried disabling it in IE and the script seemed to work. thanks

p.s. i'm currently working on the contact form and the portfolio is in flash is still a bit jacked up.. the descriptions are overlapped by the icons.. i'm workin on it ;)

The site looks like a magazine. Great idea!

The description is not clear actually, caused by the red text and black background I think.

Hmmm... some of the text pop-ups under the Portfolio section are behind the thumbnail images. The red text on black is a little hard to read, too.

Nice design. Just need to get some of the bugs out of it.
