Is it a simple matter to create a floating menu using DIV tags and CSS within a webpage?
I have a very lengthy tutorial file which, rather than connecting a number of shorter pages through an index, I would like to make as a single page with a floating index of relative links (to take advantage of my search bar as a means of searching the content). The DIV containing the index would float, remaining centered while I scroll or hop around the length of the page. This doesn't seem like it ought to be very difficult, but I'm not quite sure how to do it.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. :D
