I hope this is the right forum to get a review of the site (http://expertoasis.com/news.php) and the running contest (http://expertoasis.com/content.php?content.1)
Any better ideas etc. The idea is to offer proffesional hosting and in exchange to get new users and posts becouse the site just started up. Thanks in advance

Looks fine to me. At first I thought it was a bit hard to read (I've got really bad eyesight) but it held together just fine when I zoomed it up in Fx.

There is too much green and I do feel that it is too hard to read. I think it will be a bit nicer if it was a bit easier on the eyes.
It is certainly a nice start.

I agree with the above two.
I have a good eyesight until seeing the site. The site color really made me dizzy.

very green indeed, but what you could do is just change the "posts"/news boxes, e.g. "PostreSQL new version ::", so that it doesn't look all too boring (because everything is the same color), i'd give it a lighter white-greenish background color, and adapt the font-color of the content accordingly
Also, you should change the color of the "Welcome ::"-box and the "Online ::"-box and similar. (try the same color as "[ Signup ]")
I agree, too dark and too green, and too small.
Avoid centered text. Centered text is hard to read in some cases, and looks 'clunky'.
Green is my favorite color. Really.
