Compress JPG files

I'm looking for a program that will let you select a signal JPG to compress. I'm wanting smaller file size not a resized JPG. Any help.

The gime will offer it, but this will make the image have less quality. I think if you compress any JPG file, it will decrease in quality though.

JPG is lossy and each time you re-save it, it looses quality so be careful.
