Ikonboard www.ikonboard.com
You won't be able to access their website anymore as it recently changed ownership, and the new owners forgot that the site expired within a week, meaning it is currently in 'registrar-held' status. Ikonboards' staff in the past has been mostly unpaid with the few paid staff of the parent company not communicating to the staff, we weren't officially told of the ownership change. Despite staff telling its users to make regular backups Ikonboard itself didn't have a recent backup of its own community forums. Myself I was part of their support team, and recently found this info out by talking to one of the admin staff who said it was apparently impossible to do a backup of the site via admincp.
This is the website of the new owners http://www.pitbossent.com/ does the header picture seem familar? *cough* Windows XP *cough*. The new owners don't wish to speak to anyone and former iB Support staff who've tried to register on their forums have been deleted without warning. I'll be looking forward to see them try to get a backup of the forums before the website went down.
