I wouldn't leave the animation running on that Flash banner and I'd make sure the page background was the color I wanted. Wow? No, but nice and clean looking design. A "wow" site would be validated for one thing.

Validating your coding, as ray326 recommended, would help the other errors in the document(s).
The banner area is a little too busy with flashy art. Could this be toned down? Remember, this is a professional business site, not one for entertainment.
Unless your content is time-sensitive, the day/time line in the banner isn't really necessary. If you remove this, your more of your content can be pulled "above the fold," resulting in less scrolling for the page's viewers.
Can the "Welcome" line be pulled up to the top of the top of the table cell? The stripe of dark blue preceding it looks more like a design error rather than a design intention. This will also pull your content further up.
Lastly, too many shades of blue going on. If you plan to use many hues of blue, make sure they are from the same family: http://www.hitmill.com/html/rgbcolorvalues.html.

Thanks guys for your great tips. I see now after I've read your comments that there are lot of coding errors in my site. I will try to fix them all and bring it at w3 standards.
Some errors derive from my previous design (it was designed with iframes)
About the metatags: I saw a lot of sites having the metatags this way. After I've saw validator errors I admit you'are right. Those metas are badly screwed up. :) I don't wonder anymore why my google page rank is 0. :)
Also the link KDLA gave me it's very helpful. I'll surely use it in the future. Thanks a lot!

noticed at least 2 spelling/grammatical errors:
G-pixel offer you a large colection of templates allready made and very well categorized so you can easily find the design that you are looking for.

To have a really professional site, you'd need to attend to that kind of thing more carefully ;-)!

As usual, I cannot comment on your falsh header because I block flash content. So, no comments on that (I didn't see it).
The colors are good, but what is that orange bar for? It stands out and doesn't seem to serve any purpose. I do like the plasma background. It is nice but doesn't obsure the text. Very good.

It was a scrolling text instead the orange bar (white text, black background) and many people had bad comments about it. (on other forums) I've replaced it with the orange bar and after that those people liked it a lot. I like it too. :)
