ASP mail

I have an access database with about 3000 email addresses.

Can ASPmail or anything similar handle bulk emails to this number of recipients?

If not, does anyone know how I can do this simply and without too much expense.....

Yes, ASPEmail can handle bule emailing. www.aspemail.com for examples.
