Clear and Disappear

I'm having a problem that in IE when I clear the floated left column, my text in the right column disappears.

I've read a little about the IE/Win Guillotine Bug, but I'm just not getting it

I don't understand the problem but line 33, your comment is missing a hyphen and could cause problems.

the problem is that when I use <div class="cleaner"></div> which has the style attribute clear: both to get my colums to be the same height, in IE, the text in the list disappears

well..... i fixed the problem, not really in a way I wanted to, but oh well
