Question on what to charge?

I am new at designing websites, and have done 3 or 4 not for profit and one that i have not been paid for yet, and another one that i need to do. My question is this, what should i be charging should i be charging per page or per the whole website, i make most of my own graphics, logos, and such. I just dont know what the average price is if anyone can help me please email me at sherwood75@msn.com or post a reply on here.
