Deleting with a Query String, how? (asp.net)

um how? I have my page set up so what when a user clicks on a link on a data grid, a query string is formed and he is taken to the new page. All attempts I have tried to make that feild in the data base delete when the new page loads have failed. Anyone have a bright idea or maybe an answer?

ugh see I though I could do it, but It has been giving me problems out the ying yang.
