I have a new site featuring video tours for real estate. I'd appreciate any comments on the general design. Id also like some advice on how I can get both versions of each video(QT and WMV) to load from one page. Frames?,layers? Im not sure which would work and not be too complex.
The site is www.16x9tours.com
thanks

I'd dump the frames for divs with overflow:auto and set the background color explicitly. Giving the two links is about all you can do with the media.

I agree that the frames should go, and think the page should be centered, although that is just my preference. I like the nav bars and the thumbnails of the houses. Wondering if the house pics can be made smaller byte-wise to speed page loading?

Definately not a fan of the frames (I think most aren't...for me it's hard to think of a time when they're really "necessary"), and I also agree with the centering idea. Maybe with a greyish background on either side?
Image Optimization is also a suggestion. Otherwise you're on your way to a good thing! Keep going!

As far as design is concerned, i like it for 2 reasons: first it is very simple, everything seems to be here and yet you're not flooded with menus, pics, whatever, so it looks really easy to navigate. Second it looks profesionnal to me.
so good job!
