I have redesigned my website.
Just looking for feedback on how it looks, navigates etc.
You will all know as much as anyone about what we do since we are a new company, so tell me how you get on finding out about us.
Thanks guys.

lol, I'm the same way, don't worry.
Now about the site: Right off the bat, I don't like the type layout. the spacing messes with me in a bad way, and, to me, it makes the page look messy, unorganized and "all over the place". If I'm looking for someone to organize my operations, etc. I'd want every aspect of the company/organization to be neat, organized, professional and clean.
The layout itself is nice, but if you could find a way to do it without the frames, I think it would be an improvement.
When it comes to navigation, you, for the most part want to make it somewhat apparent where you want the visitors to go. Make your important & selling links jump out at the user, etc. This site looks pretty choppy, whereas you should have a "flowing" navigation that allows for easier browsing.
It's all about usability, now! Keep going!
I agree with the spacing issue. Looks kinda cluttered.
I would use less of the font, u, bold, em tags, and more css (classes) in their place, which will allow easier maintenance for future updates to the site.
You also have multiple head and html tags. This is a no-no for the doctype you are using.
I would get rid of the frames too.
Navigation is duifficult, when I go to a link in the main frame, I would not have a good idea about how to get back to the page I was at.

In Firefox the lower left image displays scrollbars on x & y axis....use CSS to elimante this . I agree on the odd spacing...
Also, for "Vacancies" try using a different word maybe something like...Job Opportinities.
On contact page type is 2 differnt sizes and doesn't line up under each persons name...
Change consultantcy to Consulting...Under same Menu change analytical to Analysis...
Grainfinder appears to be in italics check that...
I had to look through yoursite to find out what you guys do...this should be one of the first things that you find out about a website...display what it is that your company does on the main page somewhere and make it BIG so people can look at your main page and instantly know what you guys do...

Hey,
The site doesnt look too bad, the only thing i would suggest is not space out the letters of the titles. They make my eyes go funny and then they have to readjust to read the main text. The site seems quite white aswell, try incorporating some colour into the background or something. Maybe a light shade of orange!
If you get a chance please review my site, www.ecampsite.co.uk
cheers,
