Hello everyone,

I am a small business owner and also a web developer. Fortunatelly my business has grown rapidly in the past year and now we are overwhelmed with emails. We cannot keep using Outlook and we are looking for a good and reliable Help Desk Support Software or Email Ticketing Application.

I need a system that will help me track and follow costomer inquiries.

I have been researching online and there seem to be so many options that I cannot decide.

I was wondering if anybody has used, know, or is currently using a Help Desk Support Software that you wold recommend.

If you're expecting limited tickets and something through opensource you can go with cerebrus but they provide single email license, otherwise kayako might be good option here as paid service for large base of clients.
