Hi guys,
My company has just launched a new version of its website
http://www.izonedesign.co.uk
looking for comments and general feedback
Cheers
Adam
Nice site. Love your semantic coding and table-less layout.
A couple of things -
Could you make the text for the Client Login (and accompanying form fields) a little larger? Even with my glasses on, it seems microscopic. It would be tough to enter something in there.
I'm not getting the usage of the "seasonal" stock photos. They don't seem to tie in to what you do. Granted, they're pretty, but they don't enhance your content in a relevant way
Lastly, those little arrows used as bullets seem, to me, to indicate hyperlinks. Perhaps a different bullet icon would be better?
Good Luck -
KDLA
Hi -
I agree w/ all of KDLA's points and would add that it seems like two different designs hashed into one. One is sparse, gray w/ orange highlight color. The other is lush, colorful and graphics-intensive. Together, I don't feel they mesh very well. Try doing one of each and see which one you prefer! ;-)
As it is, the dotted lines were a bit much and key information laid-out to look like links or advertising snippets. Try making a main point/key statement or paragraph take up more room - typographically speaking, on each page - & different methods of placing the 'supportive' text areas.
Clean code rocks; but I'd suggest some tweaking,
El

This is a great website. Seems like there's plenty for me to learn as I dig through the markup on your site. Thanks for presenting it.

Thanks for the comments guys.
I'll work on the typography as LJK suggested. Any more comments welcome :)
