Other than the content, what part of that exactly is your handywork? jmaresca2005 11-19-2005, 07:54 AM i maintain the code. i asked for a review because i have the option to make changes to colors, font, links and text. I also had to make this guy more seo friendly. thanks for the reply :) dera 11-24-2005, 05:20 AM I wouldn't use capitals for titles of entries, use emphasis for emphasising things <em> is the XHMTML element spufi 11-25-2005, 01:41 PM i maintain the code. i asked for a review because i have the option to make changes to colors, font, links and text. I also had to make this guy more seo friendly. thanks for the reply :) I don't offhand really see what you did to make it more SEO friendly. If you were going to do that, then I would have done a number of other things, ie put your CSS in a external file. Again, there is little point in asking for a review for a site that you did next to nothing to it. You are basically going, "Ok, so one of the biggest names in web design built this template. What should I change on it if anything?" If you want to change colors, and whatnot on it, do that and then come back asking for feedback on what you did change. While you are at it, your Google Ads are wider than the area that they are in. somecallmejosh 11-25-2005, 03:10 PM I would have to agree with spufi on this one. WROX put out a book called Professional CSS Cascading Style Sheets for Web Design, that discusses Blogger.com from a production standpoint. I have used blogger, and there is a huge difference in creating style sheets, and choosing style sheets. Is there something new going on that allows the users of blogger.com to maintain the code? I haven't used it in a while. Are you saying that they're actually letting users get there hands on and massage the scripts that they spent oodles and oodles of money on to develop? ray326 11-26-2005, 12:18 AM I assumed by "maintain the code" he meant "customized my page template". That's the only thing available to Blogger users. JDM71488 11-26-2005, 02:32 AM i would move the google stuff to the end of the side column. im sure you couldn't move the centered google adds though right? webdeveloper.com
