The layout is kind of a mess. The ads at the top really confuse the visitor as to what your site is about. Can they go on the bottom, instead?

You also might consider moving the page title within the content area, rather than above the banner. Since it's a light shade of gray, it's almost invisible.

How come you're using so many images for headers? Seems that regular text would work just as well - but that's the opinion of a file size miser like me. Anyway, if you keep the image headers, your page title should be in the same format, for consistency's sake.

that grey title contains my target keyword within a <H6> tag for seo purposes

also, click on a google ad and see if they are serving relevant related sites. i think that they are showing unrelated results. if this is what is happening i must change the text to get a more relevant ad served. I am unable to test this aspect of the ads.

I like the design. The colors are nice, the layout is nice.
BUT, you really have to get rid off the google adds. Try putting them at the bottom. On top, they confuse the visitors, as KDLA said
