Easiest way in IE is to have some sort of a frame (iframe or regular) that you can load the ppt file into. felgall 11-23-2005, 04:09 PM Best option is to convert it to a web format and offer that. Next best option is to offer it as a download. If you do this you should link to the free powerpoint viewer download on the Microsoft site as well. Pixelchik 11-23-2005, 05:31 PM There is a "save to web page" function built into Powerpoint. Have you tried that? It worked for me a couple years ago when I used it. Don't know how browser friendly that would be. You can specify the size, compression and functionality of the presentation. Sunny G 12-05-2005, 12:06 PM Download openoffice:) and use Impress to convert it to SWF format. I haven't used this much, but I think it doesn't allow for animation, although it still functions like a presentation. http://www.openoffice.org/ baks 06-29-2007, 05:25 AM old thread.. but I want to share my experience too Well, I can suggest to use Presentation To Video Converter because using this tool you can convert powerpoint not only to flash as OpenOffice can, but also to video & animated GIF http://www.geovid.com/Presentation_to_Video_Converter/ webdeveloper.com
