100% table height not working in Opera??

Hey Guys,

I have a question regarding table height, I know there is probably an easy solution but I have not been able to find it. Would appreciate any help

I have a table with 2 rows, the top row is 650 px height and contains my .swf file, and the bottom row is empty but has a BG image applied.

I want this table to have a height of 100% so that the BG image in the bottom row will always stretch to the bottom of the browser window.

This is basically working in IE, Mozilla Netscape and Safari, but in Opera the bottom row is not visible.

Any suggestions??

I see no difference to your page either in Opera and Firefox.

Problems I can see...
- The DOCTYPE is missing

Also when validating the following (probably more relevant) error appears...
