Is it possible to remove the advertisement at the top of a window - "Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by bla bla bla?"

I don't believe so because the basic window needs that top title bar to close the window (at least), and it just so happens that the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" is on that bar.
