Top Bar Advertisement removal?

Is it possible to remove the advertisement at the top of a window - "Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by bla bla bla?"

You mean when creating a new window? I don't believe so because the basic window needs that top title bar to close the window (at least), and it just so happens that the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" is on that bar.

I think this is what you are asking, if not then elaborate a bit more.

Yes you can. It's in the registry (oops danger danger!) and can be edited.

There are a few tools that can be found on the web that can do it for you.
