Website Redesign

I have been asked to revamp this website
The below is not my attempt its someone elses.

I am currently a little stuck for inspiration, the logo has to remain but all other bits can be changed.
For some reason today Im just not in my usual creative mode!!
Any ideas greatly received!

I suggest going straight CSS, rather than using all the macromedia flash effects.

You might consider validating the coding (http://validator.w3.org) before worrying about the creative aspects. (Or, just start over....)
