Printing CGI and JPG on web page

I'm having problems printing my web page when connected to the host server. At home using IE and Front Page there is no difficulty printing on a local printer. The web page is http://www3.sympatico.ca/arvy.znotinas/ and there are not copyrighted images.

A little more information to clarify the problem. When I print locally to a HP deskjet 5550, the background jpeg, flag gifs and text print. When I go to MAILBOX+ using IE and a XEROX printer I only get Text. The staff at MAILBOX+ called Xerox hotline and their response was that the image was locked? They suggested that I set my HTML to allow printing?
How?

I've changed to Netscape 7.02 which allows the back ground print to be set on.

The original problem was thant IE would not allow the Jpeg and Gifs to be printed because they where set as background.
