add guestbook to flash site?

hey everybody, so i am making a website for my sister and it is completely flash based (probably a mistake). =) You can check it out at here (http://www.brookeandsean.net). Anyways, if you click on the "5" on the right hand menu you will go to the guestbook. But now I have no idea how to make it "live" and put a database behind it.

I am with 1and1 and they have a form builder, database management, etc. Lots of stuff but I have no idea how to intergrate it with my Flash site. I've done some research but it's alot of gunk I don't understand.

i have tried reading some tutorials but it's just not clickin...I'm missing something. I know I have to use ActionScript to load the database/script but setting up the database, writing the script, etc...
