DHTML menu over Flash movie

How can I drop a dhtml menu over a flash menu.
Now my flash movie always lays on top so I cannot see the dropped down menu items.
This is a challenge. Anyone who knows is probably be an expert. I tried everything, but failed so far

Have you tried absolute positioning and increasing the z-index of the menu?

I don't believe you can. The same problem occurs with form elements as well.

Try this. It worked for me. This has to do with objects conflicting with DHTML layers.
