How can I make a chat room that will allow all users to come on my web page and see it there after a link? I need one that would filter all foul language (nuke them) if they used it, and gives me the control to nuke someone or invite someone. So if you could let me know of any ways to make this happen please let me know. If you could send me a script of the sort that would be even better. Thanks.

There are many formats for chat. What server-side languages does your server support...?

OK, to make a chat room you are eather going to be using a java applet, or using a a server side to update a data base and have a page refresh every few seconds. What programming experience do you have and you need to figure out what server side your host supports. Who is your host? Also nukeing them, um no. You can use a filter that will make words that are not clean turn into **** or whatever or you can ban a user from your forum but what do you mean by nuking? You are not saying what I think you are saying right? But a chat room is no simple application if you just need one for now I would get a package one from bravenet or someplace.
