OK...One of the first things you should consider is having a styleguide in place that defines the look and feel of the site. There's alot going on here. You have a series of rollovers that don't have anything in them (yet?). If they don't or won't, then I would avoid using 'easter eggs' where the user ends up with a cognitive load for using the site.

Consider your visual heirarchy here. What do want your view to know about your site right off the go? I am not sure what this site is. Animated graphics have their place if used with discretion and if they add value to the site. Animation used as eye candy is cool, but only when they are really low bandwidth. This site is pretty heavy.

Your text sizes are inconsistent, it makes your nav look sloppy. If you are brand new at this, then it's a good first effort--but make no mistake, what you have on the www for all to see is going to form a first impression. I would suggest a more 'straight forward' index page. Less animation and I would drop the sound byte.

You have some typographical errors too. Have a friend proof your work before you place it out there. Consider using fixed width tables and maybe sketch a couple of other layout ideas too. Work on paper first. Then build on the machine. I have been teaching graphic design for some years and working in the field a long time. Good design is important..like a good handshake when you meet someone.

I would also drop the background texture, it's not helpful in terms of marketing your products. A good thing to do is look at other sites that market the same products and then get some ideas from that for layout. Try using 'grid'. (you can look that up). It will be of great help to you.

A good attempt. Keep researching and improving.

I trust your selling something. I can't really tell, but I'll make that assumption. Your message of what your offering or who you are isn't viewable on my screen (800 x 600), and for most viewers, that means moving on to another site. Remember that sites fly by like billboards on a highway.

Interesting... a webpage lacking an <html> tag, not to mention <head>, <body> and <doctype>....
I suggest you take some time to learn more about HTML coding (http://validator.w3.org) before launching your site.

Get rid of the noise.

Get rid of the flashing.

Get rid of the animations.

Use less colors, or get a color scheme and stick to it.

Yeah #1 fix typos You're (contraction of you & are) some should be your and I should be capitalized as well as the first letter of a sentence etc. etc.

The flash logo on the home page -- Nice work, I'm impressed, girls cute, graphics move and all but on an 800 x 600 resolution screen it takes up half the page. Since their is no valueable info on it, it is just a big waste of space. I'd shrink that down 75% from top to bottom so more content will be visible on the initial screen without needing to scroll down.

Just to mirror the other suggestion the different font sizes on the buttons (left side) looks a bit funky. You also have different font types mixed together. Best example is all the way down in the lower right hand corner of the home page. If your default browser font matches the other font you may not be able to see it.

I'd reduced the whole blue middle sections fonts down to a 10 pt or 12 pt (2 or 3) size.

The <html> <body> etc. tags missing is interesting.

All in all not bad for a first attempt

Another vote for dropping the noise.

The pics you may want to keep as filler until you have something worth being there but put them on the bottom of the page and move your products up.

Yes, pick a font, just one, resizing it is fine in the diff sections but keep it all the same size in the nav.

If your going to make flash buttons, make the button first then add the text. Right now to hit the link one must hit the text on the button EXACTLY.

Fixing all the little stuff is ease now that you've got it started.

Trying looking at sites that sell what you sell and compare it to yours.

Nice job for someone that doesn't know html but sells it...hee hee.
