http://www.siteorders.com
I am the lead programmer for a company that has a vested interest in the venture. My team will be developing the server modules to replace the current languages being used.
I am seeking reviews in respect to functionality and features rather than design and copy concepts. I thought this would be a good place to start.

Skipping the things I can't talk about, the site seems to function fine. I'm sure somebody would point out the beta popup doesn't work if JS is disabled. If I was doing a beta version, I might not put it out live, but maybe in a subfolder somewhere until it's officially done.

Thanks for your comments. I'm not sure what you mean by "skipping the things I can't talk about", but I'm sure it's just me.
The site is not technically in BETA. They decided to leave the mark there for a few more weeks. It's a long story.
On your remarks about JS. I know that, as far as commercial functionality, the site does not rely on any client side scripting.
Again, thanks for your reply.

interesting...
it is a nice website~
It's hard to test the functionality - you have to be logged in as a member to partipate in the features.
It's an OK site - not great, just OK.
On the Demo page, I'd move the examples into the content area, rather than as a navigation panel. Also, since the Demos are much more important than the Company and Support pages, I'd move it farther left on the navigation menu. So you get:
Demo Features Options Support Sign Up Company
When you're asking for money from people, they first want to see what they'll be getting, how it works, then how to fix it.

read the sticky in regards to replying on forums.
as for the site
if your worried about functionality get rid of flash to increase accessibility
your left column distracts users from the content and what the site is about.
all your graphics are cluttering up the website design, all of the graphics are different sizes and putting the layout off, and the colours are all different. try to use the same colours for all buttons.

Pretty. The only thing that jumps out at me is the graphic that says "30 day no cost oligation trial period"...I think you meant "obligation". At any rate, I would dump the word obligation as it doesn't flow.
Besides that I think it looks professional enough and I like the color scheme.
