On one of my servers -- an Apache server, as the site admin I can manipulate all the directories on my server including the ones that can make Perl non-runnable. I do not, however, get access to the command line.
The server came with the CPAN module In the directory "/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3".
Is there any form of hope of installing modules on this server like "HTML::Template"?
I've used the PPM and CPAN modules before on my local server however the one I am working-with at the moment trying to install HTML::Template isn't a local server.

Forget it, I made a support ticket and the support staff told me that all of their servers are using Ensim as control panel, and unfortunately it is not flexible with third party programs, it may conflict with Ensim. Bah... I'll make my own modules and upload 'em to the "lib" directory :p Gezz...
