Hi,

I've searched the internet but I couldn't find a clear answer...

In each document I have:
cache-control:private.

Problem: google doesn't seem to 'add' my website. While other s.e. do.
Googlebot doesn't visit my website also anymore... ??

So:
- what does cache-control:private actually means? i.o.w.: should I remove it?
(it's just a normal website)

- does the cache-control affect the searchengines bots / listing / ranking ??

Thank you for your time and possible answer,

I've never seen that value used.

It does exists though.. or at least: I believe it does.
Perhaps google for cache-control: private ... it gives some hits but those don't answer my question however.

Perhaps I should just remove them...
