Hi -
I would imagine that Ray is referring to the fact that
there's some 'information overload' on your home page.
Lots of graphics, boxes, text lists, borders - but one is
not sure where to look first for relevant information.

The navigation is rather hard to find - even on subsequent
pages, and the nav at the very top is terribly confusing -
where am I going to - why?

Try simplifying the design to its main elements, then slowly
add more - but stop when the message becomes too crowded
by the other elements. Break it down into more pages as needed.
