keyboard shortcuts in pop-up windows

I need to create pop-up windows for something that my company is doing. But I need to disable the IE keyboard shortcuts. For example, if you press Ctrl+H in IE, the History pane appears. I need to disable that action.

I have a script that creates a pop-up window without the address bar, menu bar, etc. Now I need to know whether it's possible to disable those shortcuts.
