I am looking for a simple PHP/MySQL scripts / source code for my company website. I tried almost open CMSs but they are too complicated for a company website. I need a simple website with some pages of home, about us, products (5 sub pages), services (5 sub pages), policy, contact.

Please tell me where to download it.
