best place to receive online payments

i have tryed paypal but but due to them not having a clue and not replaying to any email and frezing my account i cant use them no more
all i want is the same as paypay but with someone else or a company that will i can accept card payments ect

hmm,
i had no bad experience with paypal, and would say that they're quite the best in that field.
I would try to create a new account. (Why are they freezing yours?)
They take about a week or so to reply to an e-mail, if they don't answer, send it again.

have you looked into VeriSign... (I think they were just acquired by paypal, but still remain verisign.) I've had good customer support working with them.
