What size audio files do i make available?

I have 5 music files to add to a web page.

I am compressing them in a software called Sorenson Squeeze.
What size do i compress them to?

I have seen websites play audio files in 128kbps?

Is this like a standard size???

it's not a size, it's a bit rate (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bit_rate#Audio)
