Hi All,
This is the first time @ this forum and I need help. We plan to do a vehicle tracking website that is linked to a database filled with coordintes. We get the maps as data probably coordinate based (not sure yet), and the maps have to be drawn according to that data. Users must be able to Zoom, pan, and enable different layers of information on their maps.
Can anyone point me to some resources on this sort of thing. I don't know what would be the best tool for the job. I have Internediate experience in Macromedia Flash, but is it really the best tool for the job? :confused:
