Adding Video

I need to be able to add a video to one of my sites but don't know anything about how to achieve this.

I want to offer a pre-recorded video at first but maybe then offer a live feed.

Can anyone point me to a good 'how to do it' site?

Microsoft has a good article on how to do this.....I cannot seem to find the link right now but if I do I will re-post. You can search too on Microsoft's site. This would be making use of Windows Media player which may not be the best thing to use.....
