Website Language Translator

I was wondering if someone can help me. I need a cheap, preferably free, website language translator that I can incorporate into my site. I need to go from greek to other lanugages. I found a babelfish converter that would work well, but they do not include greek. Babelfish has one where you can go from greek to other languages that you can include, but it requires the users to paste the URL into a textbox. Is there anyway to automatcially populate the textbox with the current url so they do not need to paste in the url? All other options I have found so far would cost too much money.
