Hi am doing a fairly simple site for someone in fact a tribute band and have almost completed. ( Front page 2003 ) How do I go about publishing the site, they have been using macromedia mx apparently. Can I select publish, then follow prompts as normal ? It seems to want to overide my own website when I have tried before, or should I just save to CDR ? Much appreciated, thanks. So in summary I have a site for them on my laptop i want to upload to their website to relace theirs. thanks

Just use FTP. I use FileZilla. It's free. Many other FTP apps to choose from.

Very Simple. To overide the existing work that's already there, just name your home page index.htm or index.html and when it asks while uploading "this page already exists, do you want to replace it" just answer "yes". The fact that you're changing their site and have created it in FP instead of Macromedia Flash has nothing to do with override. Hope that helps you
