Domain Delegation Question

I have 2 registered domains
www.hessey.net and that web site is hosted on a server in the US.

the other Domain which I got for nothing is

www.hessey.org and its hosted on an Australian Server.

Can I redelegate www.hessey.net to the Australian server so ORG and NET both point to the one server?

The US server is more expensive than the Aussie one.

It sounds really peculiar that the US hosting is dearer. Usually it is the other way around (I have two sites and the US one is half the price of the Australian one with triple the bandwidth allowance).

I think ZoneEdit provide a service that allows you to delegate a second domain to the same web pages.
