Help with paypal

Hi I am setting up a website for my young enterprise company. We are hoping to sell goods via the internet and we need to make a secure checkout to do this. We are going to use paypal however we do not know how to go about setting this up. Can anyone help?
Any guidance in this would be much appreciated.

log into paypal and click on Marchent tool then go down and on the right you will see shopping cart ect
