I think it gets the job done pretty well. The table-layout and lack of doctype are negatives but they aren't hurting you yet.

OK, I'll check into the doctype and I'm looking at implementing CSS also...thanks for the advice!
It's a little too flashy - over-the-top.
If you simplified your design elements, I think the page would look less like an infomercial and more like a professional website.
- Select another color, besides black, for the background
- Select a definite color scheme, and keep it consistent
- Keep the page clean -- the more elements you add to it, the less "legitimate" it looks
People prefer clean & cool (colors) for health-related sites.

I did some universal review.. and here is my critique:
- The content is good, but I do not like the layout.. looks out of date.
- The logo doean't make a ny sense for me, I think it should have some connection with Fitness or shaping.
- I think you have to make some "fitness" and up-to-date the "shape" of your website

Just a little background on why I know what I am talking about.
1. I was a personal trainer.
2. I was a 3 time cnadain national champion in a sport that when rated by olympic athletes had the hardest training program, 2nd was ironman.
3. I have been lifting weights since I was seven.
4. I know everything about anything including supplements.
First off, nice website. I don't think it is to flashy at all. As for musclebuilding etc.. I recommend linking to leading edge magazine or muscletech. Xyience is not a very well established company and having to use a UFC fighter to boost your sales establishes that fact. Cell tech and nitro tech have been and contiune to remain the best supplements in the market. Also EAS is a close second with there new lines of muscle armor and easpohgen elite. They include more atricles training programs and tips and would be great links to ad to your site. Remeber just cause they are the best selling product doesn't mean they work. In short you have a decent site and what seems to be a decent bit of knowledge about fitness. I like the page and keep up the good work. Ps. Termogenic products are the way to go now, also try gakic and of course muscle armor. Also hydroxcut does not work well. Excercise is always better than supplements and no supplements is the best policy. But of course I had to be tested all the time and was forced to not use anything thoughout my career. Sorry about the jabbering keep up the good work.

OK - you guys have given me a lot more to consider and I appreciate that.
First off, the black background...ugh...if I lose that, I have to remake TONS of images. Is it really *that* bad?
Second, the logo...I agree I need to remake this more professionally and somehow incorporate a fitness themed look to it.
Third, too flashy and "out of date"...it sounds like some of you think it may have too many things pulling at you at once and needs to be somewhat simplified so as not to be too distracting and too much like a big "ad" and updated to a more current looking design and consistent color theme. I'm going to try and improve my template based on what you've said and reduce some of the "clutter" and distractions...so as to hopefully retain visitors longer and deliver the content in a better way. As I continue to improve the design and layout, I'll let you guys know so you can critique it for me ;)
Last, once again thank you for your comments on the content and advice. I graciously appreciate your feedback. It's a work in progress and I have a lot more work to do in order to make it everything I hope it can be.
Thanks,
Travis
