I've got a pile of images in the BMP format that I'm able to convert to 100% quality JPG format, PNG format. The color I want to use for transparency is rgb(211,211,211). Anyways I don't have any programs like Photoshop that is able to do this. (don't feel like downloading trial versions either)
My question is does anyone know of a website that allows the user to upload an image (any format other than GIF) and change it to a 100% Quality (true-color) GIF? It would be great if it allows transparency as well.
I tried a few searches with no luck.
