Video Backgrounds

I am a Newbie in trying to build my own web site. So, please bear with me. This is probably a silly question to ask. But.....I am wanting to use a video(wmv) background for one of my pages. Is there a conversion/code that I may use to be able to drag and drop on the page that Im working on?

you'd be better doing this in flash.

you'll have much more control over it, like making sure the page has fully loaded into the browser before playing it.

flash would be the best way and then using css set the z-index below everything else to make it be the background. i wouldnt do this because it would greatly increase loading times.
