how do i do a flash bar i have three desired buttons and sequence all designed in flash how would i incorporate this into my website so the drop downs roll out over the html? without having a large coloured square and it not overlapping my text

you can try this:

and then use css and set the z-index for the flash to say +3 so it will display overtop.
